PINBALL MACHINE REPAIR SERVICE

All pinball machine repairs are warranted by Premier Amusements for at least 90 days.  The warranty period depends on the type of pinball repair and can vary up to one year but cannot exceed the manufacturer's warranty for the pinball parts installed.   Our technicians provide customers with written warranty information along with the pinball machine repair cost estimate once the extent of repair is determined.  The customer retains the right to refuse all or portions of the repairs provided on the estimate.  The customer is responsible for service call and diagnostics fees should they decline all repairs. 

The workmanship of all pinball machine repair work is guarantied.  Customers who are dissatisfied with the workmanship of a Premier Amusement technician will be refunded all labor charges associated with that pinball repair item.  Under these circumstances, the customer would still be responsible for service call and diagnostics fees and the cost of any parts installed.
